Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have **14 calendar days** from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact.
• You must include a proof of purchase (order number, receipt).
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team via Contact Page or email support@fidgetspinner.shop. Provide:

• Your full name and order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return + photos if applicable

We will reply within 2 business days with instructions for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs) within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange for another product, size or color, contact us first. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll refund you the difference.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned:

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage beyond initial inspection.
• Products with broken seals or missing original parts.
• Sale items (unless faulty).

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us **within 7 days** of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return or replacement with no extra cost to you.

9. Legal Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your country. Nothing in this policy diminishes those rights.
