Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within **14 days** after the delivery of your order. To be eligible:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page or email support@fidgetspinner.shop. Include:

• Your name and order number.
• Which item(s) you want to return.
• Reason for return + photos if applicable.

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for the return shipping.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), return shipping is at your cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, minus any return shipping costs, within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size, variant, or product, contact us first. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return or replacement.

7. Limitations & Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Items that show signs of wear or use.
• Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing original parts.
• Sale items (only refundable at original price) unless defective.

8. Legal Rights

These return rights are applicable in addition to any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
